Scope of Works:

• Removal of existing partitions in Meeting room areas.
• Construction of new Glazed partitions including decoration.
• Slab existing demountable partitions in 3nr meeting rooms to take Vinyl images.
• Remove ceiling grid to expose services and concrete structure in Co Working Area.
• Remove existing carpet tiles and install new 14mm semi solid floor in Co Working area.
• Installation of new Kitchen in Co Working area.
• Remove existing kitchen on the 3^rd floor and turn into office space.
• New mechanical and electrical installations in certain areas.
• Create a print station area in the 3^rd floor corridor.
• Divide office 503 on the 5^th into two offices spaces.
• Assist Network 2000 in data alterations throughout 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th
• Assist Salto on installation of door access systems throughout 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th floors
