Summary of Project:

After the successful completion of the Arc Cinema, neighbouring unit, All Systems were thrilled to be selected once more as the main contractor for the next phase of Melcorpo’s project – The Arc Arena. Located in Navan, Co. Meath, the Arc Arena project included the construction of an eight nine lane bowling alley, pizzeria and arcade. This project was a huge undertaking with structural alterations required to the building. Our dedicated team once again brought our clients vision to life transforming a bare concrete space into a buzzing hub of activity for the Navan community.

DESIGN & PM: The Building Consultancy

PROGRAMME: 16 weeks

Scope of Works:

• Demolition of former play centre to include changes in floor levels.
• Structural alterations / new ground floor slab.
• Full internal refurbishment and fitout of 8 no. bowling lanes, commercial kitchen, reception, toilet block, back of house areas, storage areas.
• Front façade reconfiguration and refurbishment.
• Ceilings- Part exposed soffit, part plasterboard, part grid.
• Full mechanical & electrical installation works.
• New vinyl & carpet flooring finishes.
• Decoration of interior and selected exterior surfaces.
• Installation of joinery units.
